R. spin. 'Grandiflora'

Large, single, pale yellow flowers smother its branches in early May and quickly turn creamy white. They are fragrant and are followed by maroon-black hips. Very similar to R. spinosissima, sharing its hardiness but its flowers are bigger and it forms a taller shrub.
